Innovation for environmental studies that is low cost and earth friendly

Since the 1960s, agricultural and environmental testing have become closely related, including problems caused by agricultural chemicals and waste materials. Leaching of chemicals into the groundwater is a major concern and monitoring this phenomenon with current sampling and analysis techniques is difficult, time-consuming, expensive, and often ineffective. For environmental monitoring activities, safer and more effective techniques are in high demand. Characterization projects are continually investigating and evaluating new technologies for introduction within the environmental field. UNIBEST’s resin product is satisfying this market's needs for dramatically reducing the volume of waste samples while providing reliable data for predicting the location and quantity of contaminants at your site.

The UNIBEST Terra Tracker™ product has uses in the field of environmental monitoring and characterization and hazardous waste and environmental reclamation efforts where the ion exchange resin is capable of simultaneously accumulating both organic and inorganic substances.  The Terra Tracker™ resin capsules attract substances in soil from both liquid and vapor states to detect, monitor, and quantify substances from pesticides, hydrocarbons, and a wide range of other organic chemicals.  There are between 300-400 resin types for scientific uses and practical applications and UNIBEST selects the appropriate type for you. For many in-situ and other environmental applications, the need to collect, preserve, transport, and dispose of large quantities of soil samples, water, or other media (that may contain radiological and other hazardous materials) are either minimized or altogether eliminated.

The environmental community needs simpler, accurate, and cost-effective monitoring methods – UNIBEST Terra Tracker™ will deliver.
