Sampling is Simple

Just insert a shovel into the ground to the average rooting depth for your application (4 inches for grass, 6-8 inches for vegetables, 12 inches for fruit trees). Gently lift the shovel and insert the resin capsule at the bottom of the hole. Minimize the disturbance of the upper soil column. Attach the retrieval string to a stake on top of the ground and pack the disturbed soil firmly. Allow the capsule to remain in the ground one week. Remove the capsule from the ground, place the capsule into the shipping container, and send it to us. What could be simpler?
